Caution: Repetitive - Forte' Article.
This article appeared in Issue #246 (10 May 2001) of Forte Magazine. They spelt "Kamen Rider" wrong. And what's with "whimsical" in the second last paragraph? "Whimsical"?
Caution says: "Darn it, they left out my best quote: "I'm like Batman except I make more music and fight less crime.""
Anyway here is the text from the article. There was also a photo but it's the same photo that's on the Caution bio but about 10cm tall.

Caution: Repetitive
"I want things to sound the way a lava lamp looks. melting sounds." says
Caution: Repetitive. the soul member of a one man musical adventure into the
land of underground bunkers, robot's lounge rooms, Archie cartoons ("Archie is
my leader") and mechanised beats.
"I like to imagine my music as the soundtrack to a fifties American movie about
Arabia starring Archie." states Caution: Repetitive. Yes. if you hadn't already
guessed. this artist is not your average songwriter, to say the least! As the
name. and the warning that it gives suggests, yes the music is repetitive. but
there's more than that. There are samples. and often a trancelike feel that
could easily take the listener into a cartoon. Or a video game. Musical
influences include the Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk. and of course, the Archies.
"I like machines that beep and blop. guitars from Dick Dale. voices from fifties
television."
As you may have guessed. playing live shows in a project of this nature is not a
very easy thing to do. but once the necessary equipment is obtained, Caution:
Repetitive will be more than happy to crawl from its underground bunker and
expose itself to the masses. 'The dream is to playa few live shows... I want
something visual about the show like seventies Japanese superhero show Karmen
Rider pr6jected op me and maybe one song with special evil masked Caution
Repetitive cheerleaders.
Caution: Repetitive has over 20 hours of music waiting for future releases or
shows, but there is already a sixtrack demo that will soon be appearing in the
Demo Derby and will emerge from the bunker in greater numbers soon. There is
also a web site that will channel you straight into 'cautionland' (whatever this
is.) and it can be found at www.cautionland.cjb.net.
Caution: Repetitive is one project that seems to have a real direction: Caution:
Repetitive is here to destroy music as you gaze in awe at the whole stupid
spectacle." But whatever impressions you may have had from this article. be
assured that this is one fun, whimsical and perhaps unpredictable musical ride.
As a wise fortune cookie once told the creator: 'Proceed with caution'. Just
what that means in this particular context is... uncertain.
Look out for the Caution: Repetitive demo. And keep your eyes out for future
Caution Repetitive dates coming up in the gig guide... "and on posters in places
no one would think of looking for them..."
("Impressive!")
